Meeting and Photos
This week, I wrote even two short texts in Japanese! Here they are:
会議
今朝、会議がありました。上司と新製品について話し、さまざまなアイデアを提示しました。大きさや色、デザインなどを比較したり、下書きを示したりして、上司がついにいくつかの下書きに決めました。金曜日からこの下書きを推敲し始めます。
The first one is about my last meeting at work. We talked about new products and I presented my design ideas.
雑誌の写真
今、雑誌に載っている写真を見ています。左のページには色々な写真が載っています。上の写真には２人の人物が写っています。左側に女性がいて、右側に男性がいます。２人は階段を下りています。女性も、男性もサングラスをかけ、ショートパンツとTシャツを着ています。夏みたいです。
My latest text was an exercise in describing photos in a magazine. This text received much less corrections than the others before -- did I improve?! This gave me an great motivation boost! :D
I wrote 6 texts over the course of 5 weeks so far. Hopefully, if I write at least one text every week I will improve my ability to express myself in Japanese. I already have the feeling that my ability to think in Japanese is about to improve a little bit. XD
