Japanese Reading Log

I will start a small reading log to record my progress and motivate myself to read more. I've read already a few light novels in Japanese, but for this reading log I will start from number 1.

#001 まぼろしの星

 I've read the first chapter today. It's a really cute story aimed at children about a brave boy who travels to space in order to save his missing father.

The writing style is pretty simple / basic so that I think that this book could be great for beginners. But even though it is a book aimed at children, the story developes in a very interesting and unexpected way. No kidding, I'm really curious how this story will proceed!
